English IV Dual Credit 16-17 Book Requirements


Books required for Dual Credit English IV 2016-17  

DC book requirements- 2016-17 school year

You will be required to purchase four books for the fall semester English 1301 DC class. These books will be used for both semesters. You will be required to purchase one book for the spring semester 1302 class.

Three of the books may be purchased from the Amarillo College Bookstore. Please call the bookstore to check book availability before you drive there. If they ask for the course professor, tell them Becky or Rebecca Easton for English 1301.

A Rhetoric Handbook for English 1301 and 1302 (new edition). You may purchase a used book from a student that was enrolled last year.

The Little Seagull Handbook with Exercises, 2nd edition. ISBN: 978-0-393-93581-3  This book must be purchased new. It will contain access codes that allow access into the online section of the course.

8th Edition MLA- ISBN: 9781603292627- This book must be purchased new.

LIT (with Literature CourseMate Printed Access Card)[Paperback]( You will not need the CourseMate Cards or discs for the AC class)

The LIT book may be purchased online at Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble online.  You may buy a used book online or from a student that attended class last year.
